Steps :- Type "-dwgunits" in Command window then selects units option from six given options (You have to define only serial no of units, example :- 3 ) then select option (scientific/decimal), enter 2 for Decimal then press enter to define precision then press enter four times. Finally use zoom extent(Z-enter then E-enter) option and Match Property(MA-enter) option.
